15TPH Coal Grinding Line In Vietnam

Project Background

The project is mainly used for coal powder preparation and the finished product would be supplied to the local lime kilns. After grasping customer's demand, SBM customized a turnkey scheme. The installation and commissioning of MTM160 trapezium mill coal grinding system purchased from SBM were finished by our technological team.

Application

Technological Analysis

Firstly, belt conveyor sends the coal to crusher. After being crushed, the coal is elevated to the belt conveyor and sent to the raw coal bin further. Then the coal is fed into the grinding cavity of MTM160 trapezium mill by quantitative belt conveyor. After being ground, the coal gets pulverized and enters to the anti-explosive impulse dust collector in the wake of powder separation. Then, the collected finished coal powder is sent to the storage hopper through pneumatic conveying system. Finally, the finished coal powder is transported to the trapezium lime kilns as the fuel.

Meanwhile, to meet safe and eco-friendly operation, the system was equipped with impulse dust collector, CO2 fire extinguisher, anti-explosive nitrogen device and anti-explosive valves. The installation of automatic controlling system includes oxygen analyser, pneumatic monitor and various sensors helps avoid accidents and maximizes the continuity of operation.
